Meet Sharanjit Kaur
I'm a SAC-registered counsellor specialising in talk therapy and grief care. My approach centers on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace.
Over the years, I have provided support to young adults, men and women through life transitions and parenting challenges as well as parents experiencing child loss - having experienced a personal loss.
My practice combines evidence-based therapeutic techniques with deep empathy, meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.
I understand that seeking help takes courage. Whether you're processing loss, navigating relationships, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to walk alongside you.
I also conduct corporate trainings & workshops on counselling topics. Over the past 2 years, I have conducted sessions on topics relating to child development, special needs care, mental wellness, basic counselling & relationship management skills and grief care.
